Goods Faulty on Arrival
If your item is faulty on receipt then please do not accept it and return it back to us with the delivery man.

Goods Damaged during delivery
If your item arrives damaged, you are required to contact us immediately with details of the damage. You must retain the envelope and any packaging in order for a claim to be made to the courier for damaging your item in transit. Without all packaging material, you will not be entitled to a damaged goods exchange.

Mixed Goods
If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us upon delivery to arrange for the unit to be exchanged.

Events beyond our control
Kfoury Engineering shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Delivery charges will be indicated separately in your order and vary by the location of the destination, the value of the order, and the weight of the shipment. All delivery times are estimations only and indicated in days. The goods will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. Please note that orders delivered outside of the Lebanese Area may be subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are your responsibility.

Kfoury Engineering offers the following methods of payment: Money transfer through Western Union, Money Gram, or Whish Money.

Cash on Delivery.

Bank Transfer (Please note that if you choose this payment method your order should be processed after the transfer is cleared).
