Installation of your service, including the satellite dish, cable, and receiver typically takes 2 to 3 hours.
In terms of local placement, your satellite dish cannot have anything blocking it. This includes branches, leaves, buildings, and more. If the dish can’t be installed 4 to 6 Meters away, then the dish can be installed on the roof to get an unobstructed view.
A satellite dish will usually only have one LNB attached to it. However, some LNBs are made with two or more output sockets. Each of these can be connected to a different satellite receiver box. Having more than one output is the only way for multiple receivers to be tuned into different channels at the same time.
